Born in the Midwest and raised by television, I’ve always been captivated by the power of storytelling and the beauty it can bring to our everyday lives. I’m a little bit flamboyant, a lotta bit inspired, and have been honing my craft in the advertising industry for over 15 years. 

I’m passionate about pitching big ideas, winning new business, and growing work that resonates, with a track record of securing and expanding accounts. With experience managing over 200 projects in traditional channels, digital, experiential, and social platforms, I’ve led campaigns that generated over 10 million impressions, and contributed to a 40% growth in client portfolios. 

Most recently I’ve been a creative leader at boutique agency, Flint & Steel, where I developed and executed successful campaigns across the confectionery, home goods, and leisure categories, driving a 25% increase in brand engagement, and a 30% lift in sales for several clients. I’ve also established a leadership style rooted in fostering a collaborative and caring environment where teams feel supported, inspired, and encouraged to push boundaries while creating exceptional work.
